WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

Processing time is estimated at 2-3 business days. Please note this time may be longer during periods of high demand such as Christmas and other holidays.

All products ship within the United States and please allow for 4-5 business days for shipping. This will be in addition to processing time.

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed and shipped. After that time, orders cannot be canceled. Be sure to provide the correct shipping address given Jessthoughtful cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

 

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE?

Most items will be received 6-8 business days from the date the order is placed. 

 

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Most items will ship from our two main production facilities within the U.S.

 

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, orders will sometimes be sent in separate packages. An example would be our special order ceramic mugs packaged separately from our apparel or acrylic products. If you have any other questions, please contact us.

 

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?

At this time, we only ship to the United States and Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
